Our Test Prep section, Test Prep Resources College Kingdom, provides a list of companies that provide GRE test preparation. Try searching for "gre vocabulary" in the Search All Test Provider Websites section for specific products / services. I have not reviewed GRE Vocabulary.org to provide any recommendation on their site.

On my blog, I detailed what I did to raise my scores from an 1180 5 years ago and an 1190 last year to a 1460 this year. It's not terribly mind-boggling stuff, either. Maybe those courses out there work for some, but I didn't need them to do pretty well.

Barron's GRE is enough for GRE wordlist.
missiongre.com provides word list downloadable on cell phone., good for university selection also.
number2.com is good for word review.
Powerprep is best for test prep.
No need to go for expensive kaplan classes

I hate to say it but studying words is one of the best ways to increase your score. I got a 580 and studied the barron's 3000 word list. It's insane to think that only a couple of those words are actually on the test; however, that's really the only way to increase your score on the antonyms and analogies.

Like the other poster said reading comprehension is reading comprehension. Practice reading long-winded boring passages can help. Time management is also key.
